IConnect Network Sdn Bhd – Property Management

By booking and staying at our units, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through Airbnb or our authorized platforms.

• Full payment is required as per Airbnb’s policy.

• Rates may vary depending on season, demand, and promotions.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the unit.

• Parties, loud music, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition.

4. Property Rules

• No smoking inside the unit.

• Pets are not allowed .

• Please dispose of rubbish properly and keep the unit clean.

• Use of jacuzzi, electrical appliances, and facilities must follow instructions provided.

5. Security & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or facilities.

• A penalty or replacement cost will be charged for lost access cards/keys.

• CCTV is installed in common areas for safety (not inside units).

6. Liability

• IConnect Network Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for:

• Accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during the stay.

• Loss of personal belongings or valuables.

• Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policy.

• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

8. Agreement

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
