Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 12:00 PM.
Q: How do I collect the keys?
A: Please register at the security counter and collect your access card & key from the letterbox (code will be provided before arrival).
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, one free parking is provided. You can park inside the building.
Q: Can I park extra cars?
A: Additional parking is available at visitor parking pay by Touch n Go, rate is rm3 for first hour and subsequency RM 1 per hour
Q: How do I use the private jacuzzi?
A: Turn on the jacuzzi power switch, then press the jet button on the tub. (Video tutorial available in the “Guest Info” section.)
Q: How do I get hot water?
A: Switch on the water heater 10-15 minutes before showering. Turn the tap left for hot water, right for cold water.
Q: Is WiFi available?
A: Yes, WiFi name and password will be provided before check-in.
Q: Do the TVs have Netflix?
A: Yes, both TVs are equipped with Netflix access.
Q: What facilities can I use?
A: Guests may access the swimming pool, gym, and sauna (please follow condo rules).
Q: Are visitors allowed?
A: Yes, but they must register at the security counter. Overnight stay is not allowed for unregistered guests.
